• We can help fill the gaps from architectural drawings. Sometimes you need cabinet shop drawings, floor pattern plans, paint plans or reflected ceiling plans but all you have is a permit set. Let us help!

• We can design based on what is easy to build. We work side by side with your carpenter (or ours) to create a design that won't break the bank or stop the clock. 

• We source and install specialty products such as wall paper, upholstery, furniture and signage. 

• We can help with initial branding of the space from conception. 

• No one like surprises in construction. We can do pre-bid surveys to pinpoint any issues in subfloor, walls, and pretty much anything to do with interiors. What can you paint? What can you salvage? What needs a special leveler? Bring us in early and we can find out.
